Rates
Current rates are $220 per 50 minutes of service.
As of November 1, 2023, psychological service fees for new clients will be $240 per 50 minutes of service.
As of January 1, 2024, psychological service fees for existing clients will increase to $240 per 50 minutes of service.
Insurance
Most companies have extended health care insurance plans that provide full or partial coverage of psychological services. Insurance companies are not billed directly, but detailed invoices and receipts are provided so that you may seek additional coverage for your expenses. Families are encouraged to obtain information directly from their insurance companies regarding extent of coverage.
Payment
Cheque, cash, and credit card (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted for payment. For assessments, a deposit of $500 is required at the first session, with the remainder of the fee to be paid at the feedback session. The assessment report will not be released until final payment is made.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and notification is not provided at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
